So kudos to all companies who don't make you run the gauntlet to get a real, live, breathing person on the line within a few rings. Although DLL Rainwear isn't a 24/7 operation, if you call us during business hours Monday through Friday you might also hang up the phone in a panic just like Fred...or is that Earnest?
