Questions? Complaints? Please Feel Free to Email!

Occasionally I get questions or complaints via comments posted on our blog. Unfortunately I can't easily address these issues that way.

Case in point:

A customer posted a complaint about being overcharged for shipping (we have a weird random glitch that seems to be charging some people big bucks for shipping---we're working to fix this, of course). Thankfully she also sent us an email and we worked it all out. But many people don't email.
