To Call or Email?

People tend to feel that if something has to happen quickly that they need to pick up the phone versus send an email. Generally this is true...unless you are trying to get in touch with an online business.

Although DLL Rainwear does indeed have a phone, we don't respond to it as quickly as we do emails. We are almost always checking email, often on weekends as well. Our phone coverage is limited so if you have a question, comment, concern or an issue that needs immediate (or close to it) attention, please be sure to at least send an email as well as call.
